Without a specific club development plan, it will become increasingly difficult for any cricket clubs/ association to direct their players in a proper direction and for their overall development for the better future of the players as well of the association so we came up with Development plan for VDCA under the guidance of the chief and since thereon have never seen a step backward

VDCA stepping forward and following the mentioned professionalism has a complete committee structured in the guidance of Chief Shri Vishal Goswami. In the view of the overall development, the planning committee also has various outings for giving their players a thorough experience. The chief’s main mantra “ Equal opportunity for all “ plays very strongly on the skipper’s captaining a side all the time as ,the process is so strong that Even the best skippers of VDCA are in healthy scrutiny by own team members . The committee also has selected various players and constituted different small groups for different type of roles and responsibilities and keeps on rotating the same so that overall exposure and team spirit can be taught to individuals.
